Google ranking factors - A quick look
Link popularity is a vital factory Google and other search engines consider when giving ranking in SERPs. Other factors such as good content, promoting your niche or specialty, doing quality work, serve your visitors, keeping it technically correct, etc are some other factory you should keep in mind.
