SE Optimization
It has been an on-going issue for a long time now and finally someone has initiated. John Scott, a leading SEO expert has experimented the results of submitting to paid directories vs submitting to Free directoreis.
He used 2 different websites to see the immediate results. Here is how it was done.
Site A” was submitted to five pay for review directories and “Site B” submitted to 700 free directories. The results were stunning.
According to John, the Site A ended up with PR4 and sends 100+ Search Engine referrals per day while Site B ended up with PR1 and no search engine traffic. The site B seems to be penalized.

Traffic
Social bookmarking is one of the easiest most effective way of getting well needed traffic to your site. It has become very popular among the webmasters. There are hundreds of popular social bookmarking communities currently. Such networks can help you find information that does not appear on the major search engines or that would only show up hundreds of results down, quick social bookmarking is useful and can be fun to use as well.
Although there are some differences between the social booking markeing sites and story sites such as digg.com, the main goal is clear. Both of this methods can bring you good traffic if utilized properly. I have created a list of sites which I beleive are the leaders.
More traffic is likely to result in more sales and more revenues.

Google
Link popularity is a vital factory Google and other search engines consider when giving ranking in SERPs. Other factors such as good content, promoting your niche or specialty, doing quality work, serve your visitors, keeping it technically correct, etc are some other factory you should keep in mind. Such techniques are often referred as “White Hat”.
The age of the website and the legth of registration also plays a role in ranking. Google has its own ranking standards and procedures. Massive backlinks can be an added advantage for you.
Google’s complex, automated methods make human tampering with our results extremely difficult. And though we do run relevant ads above and next to our results, Google does not sell placement within the results themselves (i.e., no one can buy a higher PageRank). A Google search is an easy, honest and objective way to find high-quality websites with information relevant to your search.
Some of the other factors include:
- Use of title Tag: Use short and a unique title tag. You may include few keywords Within the tect. Use a unique title for each page.
- Keyword destiny: Use your keywords within the text. Not a must.
- Anchor Text of Links

Link Building
Many people spend several hours looking for link exchange partners through forums, visiting relevent websites, etc. It is not an easy task. It is vital to do exchanges with the relevent partners only. I use the following technique to find my link exchange partners. Just carefully identify your keyowrks and google the following.
“Add a link” + “your keyword”
“Add a site” + “your keyword”
“Add URL” + “your keyword”
“Add an URL” + “your keyword”
“Submit a link” + “your keyword”
“Submit a site” + “your keyword(s)”
“Submit URL” + “your keyword(s)”
“Submit an URL” + “your keyword(s)”
“Suggest a link” + “your keyword ”
“Suggest a site” + “your keywords”
“Suggest URL” + “your keyword(s)”
“Suggest an URL” + “your keyword”
“Your Region” + “Add url” + directory
“your keywords” + “directory”
“your keywords” + “directories”
keyword reciprocal + directory
keyword exchange + directory
keyword add site + directory
keyword resources + directory
keyword links + directory
“your industry” +add url, directories,
“related sites” + your keyword + directory
“related urls” + your keyword + directory
Here is an exmaple of how to do it.
The results you get are just the ones you have been looking for.
